On Saturday, November 4, 2023, the inauguration of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary Vicariate took place, in Turgua, Miranda State, with the Holy Eucharist presided over by His Eminence Cardinal Baltazar E. Porras Cardozo, accompanied by Auxiliary Bishops, Vicars, Monsignors and Priests of Caracas and by the Missionary of Mercy Sisters, as well as personalities from the political and civil sphere, and a large number of faithful.
The event also included the procession of Our Lady of Coromoto, the renewal of the parishioners’ wedding vows, typical dances, a representation of the apparition of Our Lady of Coromoto, music – the Betania Choir had the honor to participate, among other groups – and lunch.
