Conversations on Eight Causes of Beatification and Canonization in Venezuela

The Public Association of the Faithful Betania Spirituality Movement (BSM) thanks the Archdiocese of Caracas; Rev. Fr. Gerardino Barracchini, Vicar for Holiness; and Rev. Fr. Gaspere Salerno, General Director of the Museum of Sacred Arts of Caracas for having opened the doors of the Museum, in order to share its spaces, for the realization of the “Conversations on the Causes of Beatification and Canonization”, during the month of July of 2023, within the framework of the exhibition of the first and second degree relics belonging to these Venezuelans, who dedicated their lives to the service of others.

During the Archdiocesan Year of Holiness, decreed by His Eminence Cardinal Baltazar E. Porras Cardozo, it was a source of great spiritual enrichment to hear relevant aspects of the life and work of eight Venezuelan candidates for holiness, including our founder, the Servant of God Maria Esperanza Medrano Bianchini, eloquently presented by the current president of the BSM, BACom. Maria Coromoto Bianchini Marrero on Thursday, July 20. The afternoon was fraternally shared with the Congregation of Carmelite Sisters of Blessed Candelaria de San Jose, with their moving presentation, as well as with the musical opening and closing of the event, by the voices of the Betania Choir.
